Courier Flyer Sizes & Prices in Pakistan: A Guide for Clothing Brands

Buying courier flyers should start with your packed product, not a guess about whether you need a “small”, “medium” or “large” bag.

A T-shirt, a folded kurta and a two-piece clothing order can need different amounts of space. Inner packaging also changes the fit. Before ordering hundreds of flyers, check the complete parcel, the usable space inside the bag and the room needed to close its adhesive flap.

This guide compares AM Packaging’s courier flyer sizes, explains reference prices per 100 pieces and shows how to choose between plain and printed packaging. It is designed for clothing brands, Instagram sellers and other product businesses buying packaging in Lahore or elsewhere in Pakistan.

Courier Flyer Size and Price Chart

AM Packaging’s standard plain courier flyer options are supplied in packs of 100 pieces. Use this table to shortlist a size, then check a sample against your actual packed product.

Flyer sizeReference price per 100 piecesCalculated cost per flyerSuggested starting point for a fit test
8 × 11 inchesRs 850Rs 8.50Compact, flat items or small accessories with appropriate protection
10 × 12 inchesRs 980Rs 9.80A small folded garment or lightweight clothing order
12 × 16 inchesRs 1,350Rs 13.50A larger folded garment or clothing order with inner packaging
14 × 19 inchesRs 1,950Rs 19.50Larger soft-goods orders that pass a physical fit and closure test

Price note: These are AM Packaging reference prices, not a Pakistan-wide market average. They are for plain flyers, not custom printing, and exclude delivery charges. Confirm the current price and availability on the product page before ordering. The suggested uses are not guaranteed fits.

The standard grey option is listed across these sizes. Black is offered in 10 × 12 and 12 × 16. Larger 18 × 21 and 18 × 23 sizes, and transparent options, can be discussed as custom requirements.

How to Choose a Courier Flyer Size That Actually Fits

A flat bag has to wrap around the thickness of its contents. Measuring only the front of a garment can therefore underestimate the space you need. Packaging-sizing guidance likewise recommends considering length, width and height—not just the dimensions of the item when viewed from above.

Measure the finished parcel, not the unfolded garment

Fold the item as your packing team normally would. Add the zipper bag, insert card or other inner packaging that will travel with it. Then measure its length, width and thickness.

For example, do not measure a bare shirt and then assume the same dimensions will work after adding a protective inner bag and a second item.

Confirm the usable length and sealing flap

Ask whether the quoted dimensions describe the usable bag body or include the sealing flap. Keep the adhesive area free so it can fold down onto a clean surface.

A useful question to send your supplier is:

“Is this the usable size inside the bag, and is the sealing flap additional?”

Test a sample before buying in bulk

Place your prepared item inside a sample. It should fit without forcing the seams, badly compressing the product or pulling the flap short of its sealing surface.

Test your thickest common order as well as your smallest one. A size that works for a single light garment may not work for a customer ordering two pieces.

Illustrative example: A parcel measuring 9 × 11 inches and 1 inch thick should not automatically be assigned a 10 × 12 flyer. The thickness also needs space. Compare a larger sample, such as 12 × 16, and check its usable opening and flap before committing to the size. This is a starting point for testing, not a guaranteed fit.

10 × 12 vs 12 × 16 Courier Flyers: Which Should You Buy?

Neither size is automatically correct for every clothing brand. The decision depends on the packed dimensions, not simply the clothing category.

Start by testing 10 × 12 for your compact orders. Compare 12 × 16 when the smaller sample feels tight, your order includes multiple items, or your inner packaging needs additional room.

If both fit comfortably, compare the finished presentation and cost. Using the reference prices above, the difference is Rs 370 per 100 flyers, or Rs 3.70 per parcel.

That does not mean you should always buy the smaller option.

A lower unit price is only useful when the bag fits and closes correctly.

One practical approach is to keep two sizes and assign them to specific order combinations after testing. Your team then has a packing rule instead of choosing a bag by guesswork for every order.

How Much Should You Budget for Courier Flyers?

Compare pack prices and piece counts together. A listing for 100 pieces is not directly comparable with a listing for 25 or 50 pieces.

The calculation is simple:

Cost per flyer = pack price ÷ number of flyers in the pack.

Using the reference prices, 100 flyers in 10 × 12 cost Rs 980. Another 100 flyers in 12 × 16 cost Rs 1,350.

Together, that is Rs 2,330 for 200 flyers, averaging Rs 11.65 per flyer.

This example covers the outer flyers only. It does not include inner bags, printing, labels, protective materials, delivery charges or the courier fee for shipping orders to your customers.

Keep those costs separate when budgeting. Otherwise, a low outer-bag price can hide the real cost of preparing each parcel.

Plain or Printed Courier Flyers?

Plain courier flyers can be a sensible starting point while you are confirming sizes, testing your packing process or comparing different product combinations. They also avoid committing to printed stock before your branding and contact details are final.

Printed courier flyers are worth considering when you have settled on your bag sizes and want the parcel to carry your logo, brand name or business contact details.

For AM Packaging’s one-side, one-colour printed flyer option, the stated minimum is five packs of 100 pieces: 500 flyers in total.

Do not assume the plain-flyer prices in the table apply to printing. Check the current printed rate and the complete order total before confirming production.

Before approving artwork, confirm the bag size, print side, number of colours, final quantity, artwork position and production schedule. Check the spelling of your website and social handle especially carefully.

Courier Flyer, Zipper Bag or Bubble Flyer?

These products serve different purposes. Choosing between them is about the protection and presentation your order needs.

Zipper bags for inner garment packaging

A zipper bag can keep a folded garment together and provide a separate inner layer. Check that the zipper closes without catching the fabric. Then measure the garment and inner bag together when choosing the outer flyer. General garment-packing guidance also recommends protective inner bags where appropriate and taking care not to snag fabric in a zipper.

Do not assume that a reusable zipper closure alone provides the same dispatch security as a courier mailer’s adhesive closure. Check the complete packaging arrangement against your courier’s requirements.

Courier flyers for suitable outer packaging

For small, non-fragile clothing orders, a correctly sized poly mailer can be a practical outer package. Delicate embellished garments, bulky bundles and products needing rigid protection require a different assessment rather than simply a larger bag.

Bubble flyers and bubble wrap for cushioning

A bubble flyer includes cushioning, while bubble wrap is a separate material placed around an item.

Neither should be treated as an automatic solution for every fragile product. A glass bottle, sharp-edged item or crush-sensitive product may need additional containment or rigid packaging. Assess the actual item and follow the carrier’s packing requirements.

How to Close a Self-Adhesive Courier Flyer

For the peel-and-seal style, first place the item inside and check that the closure area is unobstructed. Keep fabric, dust and inserts away from the adhesive surface.

Peel away the release liner, fold the flap onto the intended sealing area and press along the full strip. Check the corners and seams before handing the parcel over. This self-adhesive flap is a different closure system from a reusable zipper bag.

The bag does not need to look inflated or tightly stuffed. If closing it requires stretching the opening or crushing the contents, reassess the size.

If you use packing tape elsewhere in your dispatch process, do not treat extra tape as a substitute for a badly fitting flyer.

For garments, an inner plastic bag can also help protect against dirt and moisture during handling. This is a separate consideration from cushioning or crush protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many courier flyers are in one pack?

The standard AM Packaging packs described in this guide contain 100 pieces. Always confirm the pack quantity when comparing prices from different listings.

Which courier flyer size should I use for a T-shirt?

Measure the folded T-shirt with its inner packaging first. Compare suitable samples, such as 10 × 12 and 12 × 16, but do not choose solely from the garment name. Thickness, folding style and the closure space affect the result.

Can I order printed courier flyers for my clothing brand?

AM Packaging offers plain and printed options. Its stated one-side, one-colour printed option starts at five packs of 100 pieces. Confirm the current minimum, artwork requirements and total price before ordering.

Can I use a plain flyer for fragile products?

Do not rely on an unpadded plastic flyer alone to provide impact or crush protection. Assess the item, add appropriate protection and check the carrier’s requirements before dispatch.

Find the Right Flyer Before Your Next Bulk Order

A useful packaging decision balances fit, closure, protection and cost. Start with an actual packed product, test the size and only then commit to your repeat order.
